Contract Advice

Buying a house is a big decision and a big transaction which is why you’ve likely done your homework already and researched a lot of the ins and outs. You’ve looked at the market, you’ve assessed your budget with your bank, you’ve attended open days and conducted builders inspections...what you may not have considered yet however is….the contract of sale.

The contract of sale is a legally binding agreement between a purchaser and vendor of a property. Once you’ve found the house you want to buy it’s highly recommended you engage a conveyancer to conduct a pre-purchase review of the contract before you sign on the dotted line. As experienced licensed conveyancers, we look at these documents every day and will be able to provide advice on your contract, eliminate any nasty surprises and ensure the transaction goes smoothly.
